PreparedTargetSystem 🔒

A TargetSystemCreateRequest validated and converted to its sealed form, minus the ID that phase 2 binds in. Exists so the phase-1 POST only runs for a request phase 2 can seal, leaving no orphaned PendingSeal row.

TargetSystem 🔒

A target system as the server returns it, with its security-relevant fields still sealed.
